I am having surgery tomorrow...

....finally getting my right wrist and elbow worked on. And get back to hanging out here with everyone and learning more stuff

!!

I have recurrent carpal tunnel in both wrist and a nerve caught between 2 bones in my right elbow. The left wrist will be worked on in 6 weeks.


I have some meat to make into some pastrami, some ribs and one butt to smoke while I am off work. As long as I can find someone to put it in and out of the smoker for me

.

And then I am going to try some bacon. I have been reading everything posted for a few weeks to learn how and I got Debi's phone # just in case I get into a panic, she is better than 911

.

And I wont forget the pictures!!

Wish me luck, kinda weird to have surgery on Halloween, wonder if the surgeon will dress up??
