thanks to the forum, i made these as apps before the big meal (smoked turkey!! slaughterhouse trifecta style)
did them on the weber kettle with applewood chips in a cast iron box
first one was the "demo" from the fattie sticky -- spinach and mozzarella.
second one was a creation of sauteed peppers and onions with pepper jack cheese and cayenne pepper
both bacon wrapped.
they were an early big hit.. (and great distraction from the giants terrible game) of course the bit hit was when the turkey came out!!!
