I love the alchemy of cooking, utilizing & creating from Lady Nature's bounty. I have brewed quality ales & lagers, made wine from apples, bananas, rose petals & various herbs. I cook killer curries, am a wiz at potjiekos & I love grilling. Recently started forging for wild mushrooms & am still alive to tell the tale.:biggrin: Yesterday I took delivery of the Good One Open Range & will season it tomorrow. Its a small family size but a great design. I look forward to sharing experience & ideas with the good folk here.
