Good evening, new guy here from southeast Texas, Beaumont area. I have multiple smokers electric, offset, pellet and am currently about to start a conversion of a 6ft x 4ftx 4ft ceramic coating oven to smoker. I posted a thread looking for input on it and would appreciate any input. I am excited to learn and educate myself from the wealth of knowledge on here. Thank you.
