Howdy, from the West Coast....of Iowa

Well, I've been around here for a while now doing a lot of reading. I bought a Brinkman SNP about eight years ago, but never really knew how to use it properly. I wasn't having much luck with it, so I more or less quit using it to smoke with and just used it as a grill.

Now that I've found this place, my interest in smoking has been renewed. I plan to be making all the mods I've read about. I won't sacrifice another piece of meat until I do.

Thanks for all the info I've already gotten and all the info I know I'll get in the future.
