It's a beautiful spring day here in the high country.  We just joined and wanted to say hi.  New to smoking but not eating it... Picked up a MES 40 yesterday and after some curing last night we just put on some babybacks to try it out.  Wish us luck.

Good luck Bruce and welcome!!!!!!!   You have any questions or need any advice, just ask.  Lots of friendly and helpful people on here!!!!

Nice pickup on the MES 40. Where are you at in CO?
Howdy Neighbor!

Funny story about the MES 40.  I originally ordered a MES 30 that arrived damaged.  Between the time I received, then returned it, I read so many good reviews about the 40 that I replaced it with a 40... very glad I did!

We are up near Conifer... How about you?
