My name is Justin and I spend just about every free second either hunting or fishing or cooking. I have a electric smoker currently but have a custom made pit by my dad thats in storage. House hunting right now and ready to get out of this apt and back into the backyard and get it fired up. I must say, I do like the electric smokers though, very easy to use. I look forward to viewing and sharing our cooking exploits!
