howdey folks;
greetings from the flat lands of wichita ks.
just put together my new smoke vault , it's
seasoning right now. been smoking for about 20 years
used a brinkmann charcoal water smoker and a grill king deluxe .
really excited to try out the smv .my skills are at best amature
but hope to improve with you'r help . favorite wood is pecan but
the hawiian stuff looks interesting
