Hi,
I have a few questions on safely transporting cooked pork.

We are having a family cookout an hour and half drive away.
I have been asked to smoke pork ribs and shoulder for pulled pork sandwiches.

Should I pull the pork before or at the cookout?

Should I leave with hot off the smoker meats in a hot cooler or place in an iced cold cooler for the trip?

There will be a grill available at the event to reheat the meats.

What is the best way to reheat my meats?

Thanks,
LoSmoke out!

Also maybe smoke the ribs to right before you would caramelize and transport hot. Then at the event chuck em on the hot grill to finish.
