How to save the weekend 101

Had a smoke planned for today but that got axed when I was informed we'd ahve to drive to Albany, GA to pick our oldest up from her aunts house. No problem, I'll do it Sunday after church. WRONG! Wife made plans to have lunch with her parents at Famous Dave's BBQ (gag me now!). So we head up to Albany this morning and pick up Brit. On the way back home (we had a 2:30 baseball game in Tallahassee), I whipped into Vann Farms and the whole crew jump out and picked a flat of strawberries. After a quick softserve cone we had south. Got home, grabbed a pack of backstrap out of the freezer and headed off to the ballgame. On the way home from the game (it was in the 90's today) we whipped into Wally World and grabbed a dozen jalapenos, half a dozen habeneros, a pie crust, some strawberrie glaze, 12 pack of Coors Light and a slip and slide. Gonna be a right nice evening indeed!

Hab ABT's are great, if you only eat one. We had them at Piney's party and I had every intention of eating several but had the good sense to let the first go down before eating another. Funny thing about Habs, they take a while to kick in, but when they do they just keep kicken. Had to pass on my second.

I'm just pulling out of bed and having my first cup of coffee after eating brisket last night but after looking at your Q view, I'm hungry again, damn you! Maybe a brisket sandwich for breakfast
