I've done a couple mods (needle valve, smoke stack damper, amns cage underneath) to my dual door Masterbuilt gasser which I'll be posting about shortly so now I'm ready to preseason the box. Found nothing in the instructions so I was thinking of simply spraying the inside walls with PAM? How long do I run it and at a high heat or low?

Craig, evening....   Wash the interior well with soap and water... rinse..... spray with pam and turn the smoker on 225 for a bit to get rid of the water.... turn it up to 350 or so for a few hours then cook food...   You already had it figured out....   take lots of pics....    Dave

Dave is spot on. I have a masterbuilt 2 door and use it all the time, your going to like it...

Well, as you can see in my new post of today,  I've already done a test fire due to the various modifications.  Now that I feel pretty good that I have achieved a decent low temp for fish smoking,  I will do a preseasoning break in this coming weekend.  Thanks for the confirmation of what to do.
