This is the bark mecca for pork butt! GREAT JOB!. Smoked with pecan wood temp 230 to 250 for 12 hrs no mopping or sauce dry rub 6hrs before I put on smoker but I do brine it in apple pine apple and orange juice for 6hrs then let sit 6hrs rubed with a lil brown sugar in the rub
