how to cook lamb????

what is the cooking time for two lamb chops about 3/4inch thick? will be smoking on a brinkman smoke'n'pit with some turkey legs and tenderloin?   any recipes will certinly help never cooked lamb before

I like garlic and Rosemary on my lamb, roasts or chops

the chops probably wont take very long. you only want to take them to about 135* or so

foil and rest for about 15 minutes for a nice med rare delight
