How much bbq?

The little league team Is having a bingo and wanting me to fix bbq for there sandwiches there goin to sale.i need to know about how many bbq you can get out of a pound of cooked pork . Will be using regular size hamburger buns. Thanks

4 oz. on each bun 4x4=16 using less you can figure the rest. Good Luck with it.

You can also extend by using slider rolls, just don't use the large kaisers, a1/4 pound of PP in a kaiser may get lost.

If you are using a wet PP with a lot of BBQ sauce your yield would be slightly better by weight.

16 oz of sauce added to 4 pounds of PP adds, another pound, some folks like that sloppy barbecue lol!
