going shopping in the morning... my favorite place to buy pork is running a sale on pork butt for $.99/lbs - going to stock up with 100lbs! I am guessing there will be a deal on corned beef and hopefully brisket as well...

The local Albertsons had them for $1.99 LB so I got 4 and they are in the freezer

I'm going to stop today and pick up maybe 4 more, will give me I think 8 in the freezer. Just wanted to see how many other people have so when my wife says I'm crazy for buying so many I can show her this post and see that I'm not the only crazy one!

I've got 4 soaking in the fridge. Going to smoke them all Sunday.

I made 3 for St. Pats day, I've got 3 in the fridge and 3 in the freezer. I Haven't had pastrami in a while.
