How long approimately do i need to cook chicken thight for . I am doing baby backs at 225 and I am brining the chicken in Mello Yello. I have never cooked just thighs before and was just wondwering. This is also the first time I have tried a brine, hope it turns out ok. I usually cook whole chickens for about 4.5 hours.
