Hey y'all!

I have been creepin' around this site quite regularly the past few days trying to study up on one of my favorite new hobbies. Just started smoking and looking to learn from you all who have learned over years of experience.

As stated in the subject, I am originally from Pontotoc, Mississippi. Active Duty military. I work in Networking and Communications, so Smoking is now a pleasant  get away from the world of routers, computers, and switches. I am working with the weakest of all rookie rigs, the Brinkman Smoke n Grill. I figure if i can master it, the rest is cake.

So far i have stuck to somewhat tame and easy tasks, chicken and ABTs. (Both turned out wonderful!) I have bought some good looking pork ribs to throw down on this weekend. I'll keep you guys posted on how it goes. Look forward to getting better at this and getting to know you guys as well.

Hotty Toddy! Go REBS Go!

Hey man!, Says you are from Tupelo, I work in Tupelo daily at the Armory next to the Airport. Glad to know there are fellow REBELS cooking it up around here!

Hoping to hone my skills and start implementing them in the Football Season Tailgating Festivities.

Our Rebels are in College Station for the NCAA Regional, getting ready for first pitch around 12:30. Hope they get rolling! Hotty Toddy!
