Stuffed a loin with jalapeños and sharp cheddar. Rubbed with rushed red, white, black, and cayenne pepper. Smoked at 230* with hickory to an IT of 150* tender juicy hot and delicious. Served with some cheddar rice and some fresh green beans from the garden.

Dang I forgot to give you my address:(    Looked dang good - wonder what it would have been like with pepper jack cheese??? just an idea.

Really liked the cheddar. Jack would be good also on sure. Finishing up the leftovers as I type. Lol
