I gotta get back to my game, running low on just about all my sausages/salumi.
I gotta get my humidity meter out for the closet as the temp/humidity here in Naples is different than the Ft Pierce area we left.

Hot soppressata slicing this morning. This is a Poli recipe i did in the front closet while back. Used small 40mm beef rounds. If your going to make this recipe from Len, try to get Calabria peppers or powder.
Be nice this is a family forum

My wife was just in Leola for 10 days visiting her aunt.
She brought me back whoopie pies from Achenbach's. I miss their fresh bakes goodies. We lived in Ephrata for 16 years.

Looks fantastic! And I like that slicer. Where did you get it. If you don't mind telling me.
Edit: I found it!
How do you like this slicer?

Yup nothing beats a good whoopie pie. We have a place just outside Intercourse Pa that we think make the best ones. Right from the farm house that we drive up to.
