Hinges on MES

I am going to try one more time. Has anyone ever updated the hinges on the MES. Mine are really weak and I am not getting a good seal. Would appereciate any help

Sorry I haven't. What size do you have? How old is it? Have you called customer service. Are the hinges tightened down? Does the door actuallly move when tugged up and down? Maybe the gasket?
