high temp wood smoker?? i'm building a high temp wood framed smoke. going to use 24 gage steanless on the in side, should i use insulation between the wood and stainless???
 
I would. Others may have a different opinion but I think it is a good idea.
 
Bear in mind if you DO insulate, you need to keep water/moisture out of the insulated space. Might be a BIG problem, that.
