Thanks for having me! After getting countless tips on smoking, I figured I had bet join lol. I l live in the nrth bay Ca. but am from Wa state. Im no stranger in the kitchen, or to cooking, but have only been smoking the last ten mts or so. I just finished my 3rd brisket and i feel pretty good about it...its relaxing in my cast iron rite now in fact. Any way im a hunter and fisherman, (or used to be anyway) and love meat so Im happy to be here. Im a welder by trade, a little right wing and a blue blooded, ford driving, moms apple pie loving etc, etc American ...so there Cheers...Jed

Thank You...Im familiar with grilling but got my first smoker as a gift. I have a vertical water pan SS smoker, Ive done four butts, and my 3 briskets. I love spending my sundays smoking meat...:)
