hi, I had a good year hunting,a bear plus two deers so I thought I would try something different and bought a smoke hollow smoker,I want to make venison sticks, tried one batch and from what I.m seeing on here I turned the temp up to fast, about225 right away, I have gas, half got burnt and half were eatable, but nothing like the local processor, the sharp cheddar cheese I added stayed for the most part, good thing. plan to try again with ideas picked on this site, any advice would be appreciated, saw some posts that some members make these regularly. thanks mike trapper57
