Just picked up a smoker 2 weeks ago. Its not a professional one yet. Just the cheap electric Brinkmann $65 one from Home Depot. so far I have made a couple chickens, a pork roast, and some brats on it. I am loving how everything turns out, but I wanted to join up and learn from the veterans. Thanks for sharing your experiences.
