My name is James. Im new to smoking. I had some extra time on my hands this summer and bought an el-cheapo $30 brinkmann at Wal-Mart. Im trying to see what i can do with this smoker until I can afford a better one as I am enjoying it so far. Its just overcoming the limitations of the smoker I have.

Welcome , I'm James also . I'm roughly at exit 66 on I94 , Mattawan , MI . I was over towards your area a few weeks ago at DTE theatre (or as I like to call it , the old Pine Knob ) . There's a lot of pointers to be learned here and I'm sure there are a lot of folks who can answer your questions , I've got an electric MES 30 so I won't be much help , but welcome again.
