Been using a Weber kettle for more years than I can count (my adult children have never had a turkey cooked in an oven), added a Big Green Egg a few years back and most recently a Weber bullet.
I love doing pulled pork, ribs, and chicken.
What pushed me to join here is I have had an urge to cure and smoke my own bacon. I have been lurking in the bacon area for a while and it appears to me that SMF is the headquarters for good bacon making advice.
