Hi, i am fairly new to the meat smoking arena but i love it so far! I had a old potbelly stove that was going to waste and decided to build a smoker out of it. I built a smoke box and attached that to the stove with duct work. I can burn wood, charcoal or use propane now because i installed a turkey fryer burner in the bottom of the stove! It works pretty good and heats up wood that i put in a pan to create my smoke. Just recently i had the idea of hooking up a cold smoker to it to make it easier for all night cooks with out having to run out of smoke, so i decided i will get a smoke daddy to hook up the smoke box section.
