Hi, I’ve been reading for a while and thought it would be a great time to say hello. I am a competition BBQ cooker in SC. My team is called the Wild Blue Hogs and we’ve been lucky enough to take a “1[sup]st[/sup] in Ribs, 2[sup]nd[/sup] and 3[sup]rd[/sup] in pork, a 1[sup]st[/sup] in Chili, and a 1[sup]st[/sup] in chicken in our last three competitions. I love reading the forum here and I look forward to getting to know all of you. By the way; “HAPPY THANKSGIVING !!” I have the turkey on the smoker right now. I’m using a small, $150 Master Built I got at home depot along with some apple wood to add just the right flavor to an outstanding 14lbs turkey.
