I have read allot on this forum already and have gotten many great ideas and recipes, so thank you all for the great information.

I'm pretty new to smoking and I use a home made smoker my father-in-law made for my wife and I. Its a big terra cotta pot with an electric heat coil.

It works great for now but I'm thinking of making something a little bigger. I am running out of space for yummy smoked things in this one.
