I am Doug from Moores Hill, IN. Just got an electric smoker this week and have tried it once with pretty good success. I am pretty sure I have alot to learn. My wife saw me looking at some of the mods that have been done to smokers and made me promise not to mod anything till i get more experince. LOL! She knows I love to adjust things.
