I have an offset smoker I rescued from spring cleanup several years ago that I use. I love anything smoked, I like to think I'm pretty good at it but I know there's plenty of room for improvement and know this site will help tons. Keeping a steady temperature and  drying out the meat are probably my biggest issues.   Smoke on everybody, shmokinjoe
