My name is Terry and I am AZ native and avid griller. I am new to the smoker world though and very excited to learn all that I can about smoking. I am getting an 18" smoke vault for my first smoker as a fathers day gift, and so far I am impressed with their customer service and access to parts and accessories. Hoping to have my smoker here and up and running by fathers day so that I can smoke some ribs for the family.
