i all my name is anthony and i am very interested in smoking i am 33 yrs old and have been look around the net for about a yr, right now i have a Weber 18.5 which i have become a very good griller on...my dad is not a griller at all so i am self thought you might say. i am saving my pennies for a performer or a 26 3/4 Weber. any input on that would be good. i have a smoke daddy which i know you all are very big on the A-Maz-N which i am sure i will buy. also just today i have be given by my father in-law a mr. meat electric round vertical smoker to play with....any info on how to get started with wit would be great. i am really interested in cold smoking salt cheeses and anything else. popcorn has crossed my mind for cold smoke popped and un-popped.
