I'm new to the smoking end of things although I've BBQ'd for decades. Yes, I'm old.

Just bought a Napoleon Apollo AS 200 yesterday after watching countless tv shows. Seasoned it and am ready!

I'm 54, married with an 11 year old daughter that loves to BBQ in Vancouver BC. I own a company that specializes in web strategy.

This looks like an awesome site/blog and everyone seems ready to help.

My first chicken goes on tomorrow! Wish me luck. Thx!
