New to the forum. Live in northwest PA. Please no grief about the groundhog's prediction this year...
I smoke various meats, including venison jerky, and love trying different varieties of smoked cheeses. Planning my own smoker build, and found this forum. Looking for some tips.

I am not far from that groundhog, I am going for him. Lol. Welcome to the forum from another PA guy.

Welcome aboard! Glad you joined us. You've found a great place to learn and share ideas. Lots of friendly and knowledgeable folks here who enjoy helping one another. Good luck with that build project, and just ask when you need help and you'll get plenty.  (I wonder what smoked Groundhog would taste like
