Hey from Dawsonville, GA

My name is Craig I live in dawsonville, GA. I'm still kind of new to smoking but I bought a cheap wal-mart smoker to try things out and have been very successful with the three times I used it. The smoker is not big enough for me so i bought a 55 gal drum to use as a horizontal smoker and attached firebox.
