I am 61sleepercab aka Mark from Walton, WV 35 miles North of Charleston near Spencer. I enjoy cooking in general and like good BBQ . I have cooked for big groups but is new to smokers . I want to build a smoker trailer and learn how to use it. My new toy is a MKT 85 Army Field Kitchen trailer, the portable tent top cooker wagon to feed 250 troops. I want to learn how to use it to help the 4-H , FFA and school groups. What all do you cook and how? Thanks Mark

I really like your idea a field kitchen is cool, you can feed the whole area) just in general, if you want to feed people and like to cook meat, then you can cook a steak and a lot of sausages on the grill, I also love to cook with my friends, but sometimes I go here to make money on a new grill) forest band
