I just purchased a 30" MES windowless on Amazon and now I have to wait a few days for delivery. I am from eastern MA, USA and this will be my first go at smoking. I stumbled on this forum while searching for recipes, tips and ideas. Liked what I saw and decided to join. Looking forward to getting going. Cheers!
