We just opened up our electric Master built 40" new generation smoker...after assembly the unit will not turn on. We have checked it in working outlets so it is the unit. Anyone else have this issue??? Suggestions??? 
 
I don't know about the new ones ,but the old ones you had to set time and temp before it would come on???
