Im making jerky using a marinade. Its my second time trying to make jerky. Anyway it did not call for cure. Do I need to cure before I place in my dehydrator? Im just about to put it in and thought wait a minute...lol

Also I should add the marinade used tomatoe juice which has salt in it but did not call for actual salt in marinade
