I see this same style question has been asked thousands of times, so I'm sorry in advance for doing it again. I just want to get some input on my pit, its going to be just an offset with tuning plates. I used Feldons calculator cause it was all I knew but on this forum I see it may not be the way to go . Does someone please mind checking my numbers.
Here are the numbers I thought I was using :
Cooking chamber pipe - Diameter 22" Length 35.5"
Fire box square (I think it may be way to big but already built) - H 20" W 20" L 20"
Air inlet on fire box - 6" round
Opening between CC and FB - half moon 18" x 4.5"
Stack - 4" @ 30" tall
