Help MES wont stay on

I have the 40" master built electric digital smoker. I have tried the remote and the controler and it wont stay on for over 30 mins at a time. The last time I tried it was only like 5 mins. Anyone have this problem or know want it could be

Many issues with the new generation 2 mes. Controller happens to be one of them. If you are sure you are setting the cook time correctly (that means hours AND minutes) then you may have a bad controller. Call mb service and they will send you a new one. They are aware of the problem and have been helpful with problems like this.

Mark, morning..... if you would note your location in your profile, it will help in the future when answering questions about smokin'...   elevation, humidity etc....

Are you possibly using an extension cord? Possibly throwing a breaker.
