I live in Maryland and have been a fan of BBQ for years.  Only recently have I gotten interested in making these smokey, tasty treats for myself.  I'm an  electrician by trade and pretty handy with tools.  I'm just waiting to pick up my barrel to start my UDS project.  HOPEFULLY, Mr. X comes through and I get it Saturday morning!  Anyhoo, I look forward to posting pictures and participating as fully as possible!  Thanks for all the INFORMATION you guys post, YOU ROCK!
