Hi I am Kevin. I'm from Mundelein Illinois. Trying out my first smoker. My 14 year old son and I were inspired by the Good Eats where Alton Brown builds his own clay pot smoker, so we built one ourselves. I have learned a lot in the process and look forward to putting it to good use.

I am currently smoking out first Boston Butt on the clay pot and it seems to be going great. Thanks for having us!
