Just bought the masterbuilt 30 with all intentions of smoking everything I can put in it. Here for advice and tips as how to turn out the best possible food that I can.

I live in salisbury nc so bbq is well known around my area but can get expensive if throwing a party. Brother in law has the Akorn grill and masters at that with his bbq and smoking procedures so wanted to try my hand at it.

Been a line cook in steakhouses and a few short order places for 20 years now so I am no stranger to cooking, felt like electric smoking was right up my alley.

Again thanks and I'll be looking forward to any advice in the future to help my smoke come out irresistible.
