Hi smokers, just found your site and its great! I enjoyed reading alot of the articles and the tips are fantastic. I am relatively new to the smoking world but have had pretty good success so far. I reside down at the beach in North Carolina just over the state line from Mrytle Beach. I just got a new Smoke Hollow added to the backyard near the jacuzzi so it fired back up the cooker in me. I look forward the smokin and the conversation!
