Randy from sometimes sunny Puyallup Washington. Been smoking for a few years. Charcoal and electric grills were ok until I got a traeger pellet grill. Best grill ever for smoking. Got interested in cold smoking recently. Purchased the traeger cold smoking attachment and just getting into cold smoking. Any and all cold smoking tips are welcome.
