Hello everyone,

What a great forum! I've been using a pellet grill for a cople of years. I started with a Trager and ungraded to a Memphis Pro this year. Cooking has always been a hobby and I am really enjoying experimenting with BBQ. We have had some fantastic meals though I would say I am really a novice. I can't wait to try some of the great recipes and tips I found here. Thanks.
