 Hi everyone, I am a Montana transplant to Washington,30 years ago shoot I am old ;). I love bbqing year around. I am beer league bbq/smoker. I have played with smoking over gas, charcoal, electric. I just stepped up my game a little by buying a new electric digital smoker. looking to do briskets, whole turkeys, most delicious ribs, ect. I ride quads/ dirt bikes, in the dunes , woods, where ever I can get away with it, I hunt and fish. I am a good beer drinker.
