Utah for now
My name is Sean and I currently reside in Clearfield Utah. I utilize a WSM another bullet smoker that I cant recall the name of seeing as it has seen better days and a Weber Kettle Grill. I am currently saving to purchase another large stick burner...possibly a 36' or 48' style from Lang. Like most on here I have aspirations to compete eventually once my time in the military has come to an end.

Hi there Sean! Welcome! I would like to say Thank you for your Service! :usa:

You will have a lot of fun here and there are others that participate in comps. Glad you popped by!

Hi Sean, I see by your Clearfield location your stationed at Hill AFB?  I'm just down the road from you in West Valley.  I also thank you for your service (I'm an old Army LawDawg)!

I am stationed at Hill Dutch. I thank you for your prior service. Are you going to any off the Que cookoffs or competitions here starting up in March?

I don't know-Ma Dutch is trying to talk me into getting back into the Dutch Oven Cooking competition scene. We been away from it for a while and she wants to get back to it.

I just que for fun though some folks tell me I ought to cook in competitions cus my stuff is dang good.
